Outlook emails are too old to show in the outlook desktop app?
1.Have the user go to outlook.office.com and log in
2. they should be able to see all the emails there
If its a Project Mailbox they are needing emails from:
*the user will need to be owner*
try clicking your image in the upper right and choosing "Open another mailbox." then search for the mailbox.
