Generally, spam quarantine emails are received daily. This lets you know if any emails were blocked. The email will contain various helpful information of messages caught by the filter. 


Below is a detailed description of each section of the quarantine email report.

The first part of the email gives a summary of the types of emails blocked and which email they were sent to. 

This could be sent to your email directly, including any email aliases you may be setup with, or to a group mailbox.

After the email address shown as to whom is getting these messages, it lists the number of quarantined emails for each category since the last email report.

The next section provides a list of the quarantined emails. Next to each message there are links to take the appropriate action. You may choose to deliver the email, delete, whitelist or blacklist it. The score is the likelihood of it being spam.

The next section provides the option to change frequency of receiving the spam quarantine report, and which items to include. 

       


From here, you can also choose to simply delete all of the quarantined messages, but those will be automatically every 30 days regardless. 

In addition, there is an option to go to the entire quarantine inbox. This may be helpful if an expected email hasn't been received and you want to see if anything has been blocked. 

It is suggested to keep a copy of this spam quarantine email as that is the best way to access your quarantine inbox in the event you need to check it throughout the day or before the next email report is received.

Once in the quarantine inbox, you will see the list of messages.

You can check the box next to the email(s) you want to Release one time, Whitelist (always allow), Blacklist (never allow), or Delete.

If there is a sender you want to always have blocked or never blocked, go to the Filter Rules tab.  

                 
 
From there, you can choose whether to block or allow email addresses.
                 
 
Then for each of those, there is a menu to the bottom right of each section where you can Edit, Delete, Import or Add senders
