# SourceOne works ONLY for emails BEFORE June 2017 #

  1. Go to this link: http://sourceone/search/
  2. In SEARCH TYPE enter “My items”
  3. Go to DATE area (first or second), choose drop down menu and what field you want to search.  Below I chose EMAIL MESSAGE, the SENDER 
    1. Note: In the Sender field I entered the name of my friend Patti Clark. I could also have entered her e-mail address. I then pressed the FIND button. This will search for ALL messages from her no matter how long ago. The search may take a while. It came up with messages from 2008 and 2009 before I stopped the search. 

  4. If you see the message you want check the box and press the Restore button to return it to your Outlook inbox.  When finished be sure to LOG OFF. See upper right corner. 
  5. You can refine the search by entering a Date. “On or before” and so on. I entered a date of 4/20/2008. Search for messages from Patti before 4/20/2008.
