After installing the newly deployed Newforma Konekt 1.133.0, you may see this error message when opening Revit 2025 (prior versions of Revit do not appear to be affected).
If you select Show Details, you will get the following informational window
We have determined that the problem is caused by a conflict with our currently deployed version of Keynote Manager. While we cannot resolve this issue, the respective developers have been advised so that they can coordinate and possibly release an update to resolve the problem. This update will be released if the developers decide to release one.
In the meantime, we have determined there is a work around. In order to use , Newforma Konekt, you must use one of the methods we provide to disable the Keynote Manager add-in. The easiest method is to use the Imaginit Revit Add-In Helper using this icon on your desktop.
To use this plugin, with all versions of Revit closed, run the icon and you will get this window which will allow you to disable/enable Revit add-ins. As shown, make sure it is set to Revit 2025, check the KM Plus add-in and the select the Disable button. Close this window and open Revit. To reverse the add-ins, close Revit, open the utility and check the KMPlus and select the Enable button. You would need to disable the Konekt add-in or just disregard the Konekt error when opening Revit.
