Add Shared Mailbox in “New” Outlook


1. In “New” Outlook, under your account (where the Inbox is in the left column), scroll down and look for “Shared with me”

2. Select “Shared with me” and look to the right of it (but still in the left column) and select the “…” (three dots) and select the “Add shared folder or mailbox”



3. In the window that opens, enter the project name of the mailbox you wish to add and select 

Add

4. The project number should appear under Shared with me and when expanded should have 

the applicable mail folders.
