Per ticket INC-30939 and INC-29596:
Issue: We determined that Keynote Manager needs to be disabled for the BimTrack plugin to work properly. After a recent update, there now appears to be 2 instances of Keynote Manager in the 'select add-ins' tool. If I uncheck both of them, and restart Revit, the second one will still load. How can I disable Keynote Manager?
Solution: It’s because the .addin file is in both the normal folder and the Unloaded folder. This probably happened when we got an update to Keynote Manager and it replaced what it thought was a missing .addin file.
Example:
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2021\ RDES.KMPlus.addin
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2021\Unloaded\ RDES.KMPlus.addin
Manually remove one or the other to resolve the problem.
