Solution:  \\ladco\shares\software\zscaler   - run Fix-3005-Error.bat as an administrator to repair the issue quickly with knowledge that the system may still need to be re-imaged as the WIM is the actual problem.


Problem:  WIM file on the system is corrupt or broken.  This causes Zscaler to fail with the image below or one similar stating error code 3005.

From what I've seen the WIM is corrupt.  The issue appears to effect SCCM as well and the system may need to be re-imaged, but in a pinch you can just fix the WIM however there may be other problems that crop up later.
