Should you have a Revit filled region not printing, compare the Bluebeam PDF Properties > Advanced settings to see how they compare to out of box settings.  We have found if the Graphics > Print Quality dpi is set higher (1200 dpi) rather than the default of 600 dpi, the filled region in the logo will not plot to PDF as a fill, and will inverse with red LEO A DALY text instead. Ticket 25275 addressed various attempts to address this issue and the eventual solution.
