Issue:  User gets a blank page and no internet access when in a hotel or on a plane's WIFI.

Solution:  Open up http://neverssl.com in a browser and the captive portal for hotel or plane will display allowing them to enter room number or billing information based on requirements of captive portal.

Explanation if you want more insight for personal knowledge:

There is an inherent issue that exists inside of Zscaler that has not been resolved since discovered back in March of 2019.  What occurs when on an airplane and in some hotels is that Zscaler is trying to proxy the captive portal from the entity and won’t allow it to come up resulting in a blank page.  When this happens they are unable to log into the captive portal for billing information or even just the simple login required for the internet access.

In order to get around this issue, the person will need to launch:

 http://neverssl.com

This page has no security and when you try and access it, the captive portal will not get proxied allowing for the login page to display and gain access to the WIFI.
