• Clear Teams cache:

  2.  > Click your profile icon at the top right.

  2.  > Select Sign out. 
  1.    
  2.  > Quit Microsoft Teams; right-click the Microsoft Teams icon in the system tray and select Quit.

  2.  > Open File Explorer. 
  1.    
  2.  > Paste the following in the location bar. 

                             %appdata%\Microsoft\teams 

  1.    
  2.  > Inside the Teams folder, look for a folder called ‘Cache,’ and open it. 
  1.    
  2.  > Delete all files inside this folder. 
  1.    
  2.  > Repeat steps 7 and 8 for the following folders. You will find all these folders in the same location as the Cache folder.

  • 1. blob_storage     
  • 2. databases     
  • 3. GPUCache     
  • 4. IndexedDB     
  • 5. Local Storage     
  • 6. tmp 
  1.    
  2.  > Open Microsoft Teams. 
  1.    
  2.  > Sign in with your account. 
  1.    
  2.  > Your cache has been cleared.
