Deltek Vantagepoint Touch Time and Expense App
- Deltek Vantagepoint T&E is a mobile application that allows you to enter/edit your Vantagepoint timesheet and your expense report from a mobile device. It is available on iOS (Apple), Android phones, iPads, and Tablets. Use this mobile app to:
- Complete and submit your timesheet & your expense report,
- take photos of your receipts to start line items on your expense report and upload them as attachments
- Timesheet approvers can approve timesheets; Expense Report approvers can approve expense reports in the app
How to install the app:
Open this attachment (from an email) on your mobile device,
- Click this link –https://touchtime.leoadaly.com it will open the following screen; click the 1st link to go to the app store:

- Accept the terms and use conditions.
- Once the app is installed, MANUALLY type this into the URL field: https://vantagepoint.leoadaly.com/vantagepoint
- DO NOT Use any AutoCorrect functionality – fully type in the URL
- Tap connect in the upper righthand corner.

Enter your User ID and Password (*the same user ID and password that you sign into your computer every day)
- Your user ID is NOT your email address it is your first initial middle initial (if applicable) and last name
- Domain = ladco (any punctuation works: LADCO, Ladco, ladco, etc.)
- Windows Authentication.
- Tap the button labeled “Windows Authentication” & set it to “On” (*do not try to sign in again)

- Click the Log In button in the upper right corner
- Use Facial recognition or Create a PIN # for security purposes. Do not skip this step.
- You will be able to log into Touch Time & Expense with your PIN# or facial recognition or fingerprint
- PIN # can be any 4 digits of your choosing.
- You will enter the pin a second time to confirm your PIN #
- You are now ready to utilize the app!
