This issue is most likely due to Offline files being enabled for some reason. To turn this off, go to Control Panel>Sync Center> Manage Offline Files


If it says Offline Files is currently enabled, Disable it


You'll also want to view your offline files and delete them as well in the mapped network drives section




After you deleted the offline files and hit OK from the offline files menu The computer will then ask you to restart in order to reflect these changes. After you do, the issue should now be resolved.
