This issue is generally due to windows having a weird resolution that a program doesn't like or not being updated with compatibility to windows 10 display scaling. In order to circumvent this you just need to get to the root of the program file. In order to resolve, do the following:


Go to the root of the program file(if it's a shortcut then right click on the shortcut and select open file location)



Then go to properties:



in the compatibility tab, change High DPI settings:







In The DPI settings, check The Override High DPI scaling behavior and set it to system(Can play around with this if needed).


The program should now show icons to scale
