It has been determined this crash has been created by our own efforts to force Revit 2019 & 2020 to use specific versions of Dynamo which, in turn, creates outdated database versions used in updated steel connections defined with Revit updates which include updates to Dynamo.

A script has been created to reset the user's stored connections settings allowing it to recreate the link in the newest version. This script must be run by the user since it contains a deletion of a user specific registry key. This script is located at \\ladco\shares\software\Autodesk\Resources\Revit\Fix\2019-2020 and is named Fix Structural Crash.bat. This script should be placed in their C:\Temp folder. The user should be advised to restart their system (make sure they are not just closing an RDP session) and running this script after they log back in but before they start Revit.
