Service Desk

Based on the ticket [#9908] CWALSHT program by USACE : Service Desk (leoadaly.com) 

For Windows 10, the instructions are as follows...

Place the threed32.ocx in the following folder:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64

Then register the file this way from an elevated command prompt pressing "Enter" after each line:

cd \windows\syswow64

regsvr32 threed32.ocx

You should get a message saying the file has been registered.
