I recorded a Teams meeting on Sept. 3rd. The video was automatically placed in Stream. I can see it and play it. If you go to Stream and search for "Bliss" it's the only video that comes up (see attached image also).

I tried sharing it with Ken Shen using the "Share" icon (email option), but Ken gets a screen saying he doesn't have access to it.

What am I doing wrong? Or how do I successfully share this video with others?




By default, the person who recorded the video can see it, but needs to grant permissions so others can view it. To edit permissions, perform the following steps: 

1) Click the pencil icon to the right of the owner's name (shown highlighted below).



2) In the Permissions panel, you can set it for everyone to be able to view the video or you can let specific individuals access it. 

    A) for everyone to be able to access it, check the box for "Allow everyone in your company to view this video". 

    B) for specific people to view it, search for the individuals in the Share with area. They will receive an email with a link to the video. 


3) Once changes are made, click the Apply button on the top of the screen to save them.
