When opening a picture, it won't open the app. You might see the photo viewer window flash up but closes right away. To fix this, do the following:
1. In the start menu, type Photo. The Photos app should pull up.
2.Right click on Photos and choose App Settings.
3. When the Microsoft Photos window opens, scroll down until you see the Reset option.
Under Reset, click the Reset button
4. A prompt comes up, click the Reset button.
5. You will then see a checkmark next to Reset indicating this has been done.
6. The Microsoft Photos window can be closed. Then try opening a picture and it should come up.
