Remote Desktop from Home Computer 


1. Go to https://rdpconnect.leoadaly.com/ from your home computer (Edge Browser has a known issue downloading client, use Chrome, Firefox, or other browser) 

2. Login with your company user name and password 

3. Download and install the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 

4. Open the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 

5. Enter rdpconnect.leoadaly.com as the server to connect to. 

6. Enter your company user name and password. 

7. Use your computers search feature to locate “Remote Desktop Connection”. (Mac Users See Note at end of Instructions) 

8. Click the arrow next to “Show Options” to view advanced settings 

9. Enter your work computers name for “Computer” 

10. Enter ladco\ followed by your user name for “User Name” 

11. Under Display check the option for “Use all Monitors for the remote session”, click “Connect” 

12. On the new pop up window select “Don’t ask me again…” and click Connect. 

13. Select “More Choices” from the Windows Security Login and choose “Use a different account”. 

Enter ladco\ followed by your username and enter your password. 

14. Select “Don’t ask me again…” for the Certificate Warning that will appear and select “Yes”. 

15. You are now connected to your work computer. 


*If you have a Mac Computer, follow the same steps after downloading “Microsoft Remote Desktop 

10” from the Apple App Store. When entering the computer name, please add .ladco.int to the end of 

the computer number. (Example: ATL‐7777.ladco.int)*


Known Issues

1. After using the VPN and disconnecting for the day, then next time your try to connect to your 

computer you may see a message like the one below. Rebooting your computer will fix this issue 

and allow you to connect. 


2. Jabber Phone Calls, WebEx Meetings, or any other Video or Voice Call service or meeting should 

not be started or run from the remote‐controlled computer. All calls or meetings should be run
