SKM Power*Tools License Failure : Service Desk

SKM Power*Tools License Failure

User receives the following error:

SKM network: hardware key failure

After starting PTW32 the user will be presented with the following dialog box
Click Scan Network License for Available Study Modules, and the click Yes
Check the available modules, and then click OK.

Note:

The user will need to select Network Hardware Key if presented in the the Security Key dialog.
