1. Close Revu.
2. Open the Windows Start menu.
3. Type "%LocalAppData%" (without the quotes).
4. Press Enter.
5. From the AppData\Local folder, open the Bluebeam folder.
6. Open the Sessions folder.
7. Open the folder called studio.bluebeam.com.
8. Look for the folder with the 9-digit Session ID Number that you are having the issue with.
9. Right-click on that folder with the correct ID Number, and select Rename.
10. Add "_old" (without the quotes) to the end of the folder name.
11. Press Enter.
12. Then reopen Revu and log back into the Session. This should force the files to re-download.
