Problem:
ProjectWise keeps prompting the user to login after using the application for a period of time. The user tries to login again into ProjectWise but can't because the password won't work. The user can get around the login and use ProjectWise; however, the prompts keep coming.
Solution: this is a SSO (Single Sign-On) error. User should follow these steps:
- In ProjectWise go to 'LAN-ProjectWise (SS4)" and log off.
- Go to "Log in as" not "log in." "Log in as" will display the "Use Windows Single Sign-On for authentication" window. Make sure the box is checked.
That should solve the problem.
