Installing Printer B in the OMA Mailroom for Custom Defaults (Windows 10)


  1. Install printer B from \\omamps
  2. Then go back to installing printers from the Control Panel.
  3. Select Add a Device. Then click on “The printer I want isn’t listed”.

  4. Select “Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname”.

  5. Leave Device Type as “Autodetect”. Type the hostname as 10.1.9.211. This will also populate the Port name. Ensure the Query box is checked. Press Next.

  6. Leave the Printer Name as it appears. DO NOT RENAME.

  7. Select “Do not share this printer”.

  8. If asked, do NOT make this printer the default. Click Finish.

  9. Go to Devices and Printers and look for the printer called MFP-OMA-B (Canon iPR Svr F200 C800 v1.1 US).

  10. Right click and select Printer properties.

  11. Go to the Advanced tab.
    1. Driver dropdown: choose Canon iPR Svr F200 C800 v1.1 US
    2. Click Apply.

  12. More tabs will appear. Go to the Configuration tab.
    1. From the Available Options list, select the following in this order (one by one – can’t do all at the same time):
      1. Saddle finisher-AM2
      2. 2/3 holes (puncher unit-BS1)
      3. High capacity stacker-G1
      4. Multi-drawer paper deck-B1
    2. Click OK


The printer has been installed and configured.
