my sticky notes no longer work on my surface. can you please fix this?
Solution from Incident 20033:
looks like this issue was due to the profile being corrupted since my account logged into Amy surface was able to be accessed regularly. I changed Amy's profile to .old, then deleted her registry entry. Then had her logged back in. Then I needed to run this command by opening cmd as administrator,entering powershell by typing just that. and then putting the command of "Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}" Amy was then able to access sticky notes as well as microsoft edge which wasn't working as well.
