1. Open the WebEx Application installed on your computer. It will be in the start button > All Programs > WebEx > Productivity Tools > WebEx One-Click

  2. Select the “Edit WebEx Settings” Option at the bottom of the box that pops up
  3. Log in to WebEx One-Click with your WebEx username and password (this may not be the same as your computer username and password.)
    1. a.If you do not remember your password you can select the “Forgot your password?” option and it will guide you through that process.
    2. b.If you receive and error after attempting to login, you may need to update the site URL to https://leoadaly.webex.com/leoadaly

  4. Once you are logged in your Time Zone, in the Language and Location section under the login prompt, should automatically update.

  5. Select the preferences tab and make sure that the “Start WebEx One-Click when Windows starts” option is checked

  6. Click ok
  7. Close Outlook and reopen it
  8. Try to create a test WebEx meeting in Outlook
