- Open the WebEx Application installed on your computer. It will be in the start button > All Programs > WebEx > Productivity Tools > WebEx One-Click
- Select the “Edit WebEx Settings” Option at the bottom of the box that pops up
- Log in to WebEx One-Click with your WebEx username and password (this may not be the same as your computer username and password.)
- a.If you do not remember your password you can select the “Forgot your password?” option and it will guide you through that process.
- b.If you receive and error after attempting to login, you may need to update the site URL to https://leoadaly.webex.com/leoadaly
- Once you are logged in your Time Zone, in the Language and Location section under the login prompt, should automatically update.
- Select the preferences tab and make sure that the “Start WebEx One-Click when Windows starts” option is checked
- Click ok
- Close Outlook and reopen it
- Try to create a test WebEx meeting in Outlook
