When you return to the office perform the following



  1. Open Revit or AutoCAD 
  2. Click the help options and select About AutoDesk Revit or AutoCAD

  3. Select Manage License

  4. Select Borrow

  5. Select the maximum of days you can borrow a license and select borrow license. 30 days is the limit, however. 

  6. You can now use Revit or AutoCAD without the need of VPN. You will still need to use VPN to have access to the network files.
