When attempting to access the Paragraph Builder function within Microsoft Word... The following error may occur: "Word was unable to load MasterWorks Paragraph Builder, Please run the MasterWorks Diagnostic Tool to diagnose the problem".
This issue generally happens when the paragraph builder function becomes unchecked within the MS Word program. This results in the paragraph builder add-in being unable to load.
To resolve this issue the following can be completed:
- If Paragraph Builder isn’t loaded: Change macro settings and trust Avitru’s new digital signature

- File, options, add ins . Choose disabled items. Go
- Enable PB if its disabled . Comm add ins Go. If PB is unchecked, check it, close and reopen Word, check. Comm add ins again. Is it still checked? If it unchecks itself, call avitru technical support
- If PB is checked but double click doesn’t work on orange hyperlinks in document, click on Masterworks. multi-file, close it . Then double click again.
