If someone is having issues with their Plantronics headset, see if they are using an older model.
The older ones (on the left) were the original bulk purchase we made when we went to Jabber. This model was purchased for a few months after the original move. They are usually the ones with the issues.
The new ones (on the right) we started purchasing a while back. They are much better. They don’t drop as much.
Not everyone has issues with the old headset. But if people are having issues, see if it’s the older one. The biggest differences are the red and the PLT on the new headset.
