User gets this message when trying to file emails to Newforma from Outlook:


"Insufficient file system folder permission."


Solution:

  1. User navigates to this path: C:\Program Files (x86)\ Newforma \ Eleventh Edition [or whatever edition] \ Project Center \ Registry
  2. You'll see a batch file called "Register Redemption." Click on the batch file. It should take a second or two to run.
  3. Retry filing the email.
