Headset microphone no longer works for any computer-based applications like WebEx, Jabber softphone.

Problem: Microphone headset no longer works for WebEx, Jabber softphone or other applications on Windows. Playback sound is OK. Different headset produced the same results. (Windows 10 issue)

Solution: Go to Settings / Privacy / Microphone. "Let apps use my microphone" may be set to OFF. Turn on.
