FAQ: My soft phone won’t ring on all my devices – what should I do?
Please go to the gear icon:
- Choose File
- Choose Options
- Choose Self Care Portal
- Click on Open Self Care
- Log in using your username and password
- This is the same username and password that you log into your computer every day.
- Choose the IM & Availability tab
- Uncheck the box next to “Turn on”
- Close this web window
- Sign out of Jabber and then log back in
If it does not, check the following:
- Gear icon – File – Options – Audio – Ringer/Alerts: All Devices
