When troubleshooting Vision not launching or other Vision errors, it may be necessary to clear your cookies.


  1. In Internet Explorer, choose Tools (or the gear looking device), and choose internet options. Next, on the General tab, go to the browsing history area, and click on delete. Please check to delete your Temporary files and Cookies. Nothing else needs to be checked – then click delete at the bottom of that window.
  2. Once you do this, you will be able to function properly within Vision and be able to submit your time sheet.
  3. Vision is a web-based environment, so if your cookies get “clogged”, it will not allow parts of Vision to work properly.
