Kim's laptop seems to be having an issue where she opens a revit drawing, and can navigate through it only on the sidebar. She cannot see any of the drawing itself, the page is blank. Others are able to open the same revit drawings and see everything that has been drawn.

Go into Device Manager and right click on the following to update:
Display Adapters
Monitors
This has resolved at least 2 instances of this error.
