It's currently not necessarily known as to what's causing the issue for some users.


  • In order to resolve this issue, it will require manually installing the Windows 10 update(1803)
  • In order to do so, go to the following: \\ladco\shares\software\Microsoft\Windows 10 Enterprise 1803 
  • You'll then want to copy this file to the user's PC, either via simple drag and drop on their PC or via network shares in file explorer. Just type in \\PC ID\c$ (this will give access to the user's PC in order to upload to file to their PC in advance of doing the manual install. 
  • After successfully copying the file folder over and having access to the PC, you then want to run the setup.exe 


It will take a while (generally up to an hr, where you may not be able to connect for a certain period of time, but afterwards the update should now be applied -AC
