For troubleshooting issues with audio in Jabber, make sure that the Do Not Disturb feature is turned off.
- In Jabber, click on the gear icon in the right-hand corner. Click “File” – “Options”
- Go to the “Self Care Portal” tab and click on the “Open Self Care” button.
- This will open a new window. You will need to log into the Self Care Portal. Use your Windows Credentials.
- Go to the “IM & Availability” tab. And make sure the check mark under “Do Not Disturb” is NOT checked.
