Steps to change System Call Handler:


  1. Call 86001
  2. When prompted enter YOUR extension and PIN (same information you login to your personal voice mail with)
  3. You’ll be prompted for a Call Handler. Enter call hander extension (example 53001)
  4. This will take you to the main line greeting. Press 2 to change. From here it should be like normal.
