Situation: email user is concerned about dozens or hundreds of sync error notifications in their Sync Issues folder.
- This folder is normally hidden. In folder view it becomes visible.
- If user's email is working normally and they are receiving and sending emails and can access calendar info THEN IGNORE THESE MESSAGES.
- In general: ignore these messages unless there's an serious problem. Laptop users are more prone to getting these sync notifications because of the frequent disconnect to internet resources.
- Control + 1 to get out of Folder view back to normal Mail view.
