Close Revit.
In each of the perspective versions under \\ladco\shares\software\Autodesk\Deployments\Revit_AllInOne, there is a Reset_*version*_INI.cmd file that will fix it (basically is a cleancad for Revit) but it has to be run as admin or your credentials.
This will resolve the error.
