Problem: Windows File Explorer is maximized. When trying to resize the window it shrinks very small and flickers and locks up. Can't minimize or cloe.
Solution: This is a Windows 10 bug.
- Launch File Explorer as fully maximized window.
- From Ribbon menu open VIEW tab and go to PANES group.
- Click on the NAVIGATION PANE drop down and unchecked "Navigation Pane" box.
- You might have to close File Explorer after this. Reopen. Resize the window. Then follow steps b through c except this time "check" the "Navigation Pane" box.
- Close File Explorer and open. It should work normally now.
