If someone says they keep losing connection to Forticlient, make sure it isn't the wifi itself.
If this occurs on multiple wireless connections, the following has proven to be helpful:
- Run ipconfig /flushdns from the command prompt.
- Make sure the user has the most current Forticlient version.
- If on the current version, do a repair of Forticlient (or reinstall if necessary).
- Restart the computer.
