If someone says they keep losing connection to Forticlient, make sure it isn't the wifi itself.


If this occurs on multiple wireless connections, the following has proven to be helpful:


  1. Run ipconfig /flushdns from the command prompt.
  2. Make sure the user has the most current Forticlient version.
  3. If on the current version, do a repair of Forticlient (or reinstall if necessary).
  4. Restart the computer.
