User isn't seeing any documents on OneDrive via the iPhone app.


  1. On the iOS device in question, go to Settings and then click on OneDrive.
  2. After that, click on Clear Account Settings.
  3. Double-click on the Home button, then swipe on the OneDrive app to quit, if it’s still running.
  4. Open the OneDrive app again and enter your email and password.
  5. Your files should show up in the Files directory now.
