User isn't seeing any documents on OneDrive via the iPhone app.
- On the iOS device in question, go to Settings and then click on OneDrive.
- After that, click on Clear Account Settings.
- Double-click on the Home button, then swipe on the OneDrive app to quit, if it’s still running.
- Open the OneDrive app again and enter your email and password.
- Your files should show up in the Files directory now.
