Procedure Statement:
- Login to https://laducm.leoadaly.com/ccmadmin
- Navigate to Call Routing à Translation Pattern
- Change Find Translation patterns where to: Description, then Contains, and type in the office code (example: OMA, MSP, etc)
- Locate the line with a partial number ending in X’s. The x’s will be the last digits of the extension.
Use this pattern to enter the phone number into the External Phone Mask field on the Line page and in Vision.
- Note: when entering the phone number in Vision, use periods as part of the phone number.
