- From the InSite Home page, hover over Quick Links and select Training.
- Click on the Pinnacle Series link.
- If asked to log in, use your computer username and password.
- In the lower right corner under Download Add-ons, click on the Pinnacle Management Utility.
- Run the install that appears in the lower part of the window.
- When the install is completed, open the Pinnacle Series Management Utility.
- Click on the Learning Path/Assessment Assignments option.
- Click on the KnowledgeSmart Assessments tab.
- Then click on the Assign Assessment… button.
- Select the assessment the individual is asking for. Click Next.
- If an internal employee, select the Add by User button.
- Type in the user’s last name to help filter the list.
- Select the user and click OK.
- Check the box for “Automatically assign personalized training when assessment is completed”.
- NOTE: We usually do not need to provide an expiration date. Only upon request.
- If this is an external person, such as an interviewee, then click on the Add Interviewee button.
- Type in their name and email address. Then click OK.
- NOTE: DO NOT check the box for “Automatically assign personalized training when assessment is completed”.
- Click Finish.
