1. From the InSite Home page, hover over Quick Links and select Training.

  2. Click on the Pinnacle Series link.

  3. If asked to log in, use your computer username and password.
  4. In the lower right corner under Download Add-ons, click on the Pinnacle Management Utility.

  5. Run the install that appears in the lower part of the window.

  6. When the install is completed, open the Pinnacle Series Management Utility.

  7. Click on the Learning Path/Assessment Assignments option.

  8. Click on the KnowledgeSmart Assessments tab.

  9. Then click on the Assign Assessment… button.

  10. Select the assessment the individual is asking for. Click Next.

  11. If an internal employee, select the Add by User button.

  12. Type in the user’s last name to help filter the list.

  13. Select the user and click OK.

  14. Check the box for “Automatically assign personalized training when assessment is completed”.

    1. NOTE: We usually do not need to provide an expiration date. Only upon request.
  15. If this is an external person, such as an interviewee, then click on the Add Interviewee button.

  16. Type in their name and email address. Then click OK.
    1. NOTE: DO NOT check the box for “Automatically assign personalized training when assessment is completed”.
  17. Click Finish.
