Some of out offices have dynamic IP address assignments for their Internet facing IP addresses. Solutions that do cyber security monitoring rely on these lists to differentiate traffic from trusted vs. untrusted sources. The following steps should be taken to update these lists whenever an IP address changes for these trusted locations.
Rapid7:
Open a support case requesting that they add the IP address to the trusted sites.
Azure/O365:
Update the trusted sites.
