Description from Incident 22751:

Beginning this morning, when I login on my primary computer, OMA-4313, (Dell Tower 3620), I get memory error pop-up dialogs, then the screen goes black.

Tried power off, and restart 3 times with same results. Using my 4700 laptop to try and complete a project deadline done before i go on PTO tomorrow.

Pic of the EPCUserAvatar.exe is attached. There was a different memory error prior to that one which I did not get a pic of and I am not seeing anymore. Another I saw only once was related to XCopy.exe.


Solution from Incident 22751:

 Install .NET 3.5. It can be installed through PSExec if needed. Try rebooting the computer. If it says do not shut down, and hangs, give it a hard reboot. After it reboots, it should let you log in and see your desktop. Run driver and windows updates.
