AutoCAD displays an error message that the profile is bad, and the template that loads is not the LAD template


Solution: 

Confirm L:\ drive is browsable...correct if necessary

From their user login, run CleanCAD, and select the version of AutoCAD they wish to reset. Have them run CleanCAD if you are using Dameware.

Run Cleartemp under \\ladco\shares\software\Autodesk from your account, or as administrator.

Run ADeskEnVarsbyIP.cmd under \\ladco\shares\software\Autodesk\EnVars from your account or as administrator.
