Make sure to check that the correct environmental variables are present (see Knowledge Article Autodesk \ Missing or Incorrect environment variables)
Run CleanCad Bat file found at \\ladco\shares\software\Autodesk
If neither of these options corrects this issue try the following
Start > AutoCad 20XX > Reset to Default
In Win 7
Start > All Programs > Autodesk > AutoCad 20XX > Reset Settings To Default
NOTE: following this process removes the company settings for printing, pen tables, templates and other company-based settings, For LAN users, they should request that their desktop icons be replaced with those that utilize the "-clean" settings established by LAN CAD leaders.
