Description from Incident 23077:

There are issues when printing PDFs from Revit using my remote desktop where the PDFs are not turning out correctly. I believe others have experienced this issue previously and a solution was found. I believe Amy Schaap had this same issue and it was corrected. I will need a similar corrective action.


Solution from Incident 23077:

Installed the Windows update located here: \\ladco\shares\software\Microsoft\Patches\PDF Remote Desktop

*Update needs to be ran on the Windows 7 machine
