Here's some steps to follow when a user's C Drive is full:

  1. Install Windirstat (\\ladco\shares\software\WinDirStat)
  2. See what files are taking up the most space via Windirstat
  3. Cleaning the user's PC with CCleaner(also will help clear some space if there isn't even enough room to install Windirstat)
  4. Login to your own account in order to delete files from the Temp folder (C:\Windows\Temp)
  5. Consult with the users in regards to programs, files docs they don't use in order to either move the files to their U drive, or delete to create more space on the C: Drive.
  6. Delete All other users from the users folder outside of the users and yourself
