ArcGIS won't load after adding a plugin or component cherwell

This issue looks to be due to the program not being acclimated to a recently added addin

In order to resolve, we'll just need to refresh the user's Roaming data for ESRI

C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Roaming\ESRI

Change ESRI to ESRI.old and then open the program and it should now load properly.
