This error is due to the SCCERuntime_x86-ENU.msi and the SSCERuntime_x64-ENU.msi not installing with the setup workstationSilent.exe files only the setup workstation.exe file. You'll just need to install the SSCERuntime msi's from the \\ndcls1\AutoTURN 10 Server\Workstation path issue should then be resolved.
